Important information

 JamSession Channel Limits

The last channel you connected to will be the channel used on all your webinars.  You will not be able to have different channels for different webinars, unless you reconnect for each change.

You will be limited to YouTube channels that are set up correctly. This allows you to work with personal YouTube accounts, Brand Channels and even Google Apps Domain Channels.

It is imperative that your channel is configured as instructed here:

Read Setting up Your YouTube for more information.

If your settings are done correctly, but you are getting an error message indicating your YouTube and WebinarJam Account are not connecting, we recommend you visit YouTube.com/live_dashboard. While simply visiting the page, then reconnecting is often enough, you may want to adjust your privacy settings while you are there.

In this case, the screenshare will be displayed full screen while co-presenters will be thumbnails at the bottom.

Pre-recorded videos display full screen without thumbnails.

Your co-presenters are not required to have a gmail address.
