How many people can join my webinar?

How long can my webinars be?

Can I host multiple webinars simultaneously within the same account?

While WebinarJam does allow for separate webinars to be scheduled to run simultaneously, this behavior is not advised nor supported. 

Our support desk advises that users ensure any webinars are scheduled at least 15-30 minutes apart, especially when utilizing YouTube Live as the webinar provider. This will ensure that all encoding is finished, and the replay recording is fully functional.   

Please be advised, this information is offered as a best practice to ensure the highest quality broadcast for your professional webinar.

Can I add presenters or moderators?

Can I do automated, hybrid, or evergreen webinars with this service?

The answer to your question is both yes and no. You can absolutely do hybrid webinars as that’s one of WebinarJam’s many snazzy features. This means you can play a prerecorded video during your live webinar. Hybrid webinars are a great option if you want to have the simplicity of pre-recording your training, then having a live Question and Answer session after.
As far as evergreen (continuous scheduled replay) webinars go, you would need to have EverWebinar. WebinarJam is our live webinar service and is not designed to host evergreen events. EverWebinar is our automated webinar service that can run as many automated webinars as your heart desires. Simply host your webinar live in WebinarJam, then take your webinar recording and convert it into an automated webinar in EverWebinar. You can also bring in a polished video and host it on an external host, such as Amazon S3, Vimeo Standard, etc and use it for your EverWebinar event.

What is the difference between WebinarJam and EverWebinar?

We get it, both WebinarJam and EverWebinar are packed with so many amazing and similar features, that it’s hard to tell the difference. But can we tell you a secret? We did that on purpose. What equipment do I need to run my webinar?

Basic requirements include a webcam and microphone, a reliable internet connection with a low ‘ping’, and a dedicated internet connection.
For a standard computer setup our recommended setup includes:

A modern quad-core processor running at 2.3 Ghz, or equivalent
A hardwired ethernet connection
8 GB of system RAM
At least 5 mbps internet upstream under load
